Founder and President

Yves Emilian is a former Vice-President of CFAO, an international trading company, with more than 30,000 employees worldwide.


Previously Yves Emilian held key management roles in international companies, he is fluent in English and French and has a considerable experience dealing with major stakeholders in international business. For the last few years, he has led the international expansion strategy of IEC Telecom Group.



Group COO – Europe
Managing Director IEC Telecom

Gwenael Loheac joined IEC Telecom in 1997 and since then has been Managing Director of the office in France. Actively contributing to IEC Telecom Group growth for many years now, he is now leading the business development of the group in the Americas, West Africa and Europe.


He has a strong background in the satellite industry and his particular specialties are purchasing processes and vertical applications. Gwenael is fluent in English, French and hold a Master of Economics.



Group COO – Middle East & Asia

Dominique joined IEC Telecom in 1995 and has been key to the development of the Group activities in the Middle East and Asia. He is in charge of business development and sales operations in Middle East, East Africa and Asia.


Dominique has in-depth knowledge of the satellite industry and particularly understands vertical market needs and expectations. He also acts as legal consultant for Ethics in a governmental think thank. He holds a Master in Law from the Sorbonne in France and he is fluent in English and French.

Nabil Bensoussia joined the IEC Telecom Group in Dubai in 2008 as Director of Technologies and Operations. He is very skilled in advanced satellite telecommunications systems integration and deployment. Later in 2011, he participated in the creation of the Abu Dhabi office of IEC Telecom UAE and became Managing Director.In 2013 he became Managing Director of IEC Telecom Kazakhstan and is in charge of business development in this fast growing country.


Nabil holds a Master Degree in Satellite Communication Systems from the Institut Superieur de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace (previously SUPAERO), Toulouse, France, a Masters Degree in Telecom from Telecom Bretagne in France & an Engineering degree in Telecommunication from the State University of Telecommunication in St-Petersburg in Russia.

He is fluent in French, Arabic, English and Russian.



Managing Director IEC Telecom Singapore

Kenny Koh joined Devor Technologies (now IEC Telecom Singapore) in 2004 as Business Development Manager and became Managing Director in 2009 at the time of the acquisition of the company by IEC Telecom. Prior to this Kenny has held a sales engineer position in a satellite telecommunication company specialized in the maritime industry.


Kenny manages IEC Telecom operations in Singapore and South East Asia and holds a Masters degree in Economics from Singapore University.

He is fluent in English and Chinese.



Managing Director IEC Telecom Norway

Alf Stian Maurritz has been the Managing Director of Tradee Telecom (now IEC Telecom Norway) since 2005, when he created the company. IEC Telecom Group undertook a strategic investment by acquiring the Norway-based company in 2012.


Alf Stian has a deep understanding of the Northern European countries needs for reliable telecommunications and has a lengthy experience in providing solutions to the maritime industry and governmental organizations.

He holds a degree in International Business from The Norwegian Business School, Nanyang University in Singapore and USM in Malaysia. He is fluent in English and Norwegian.



Sales & Marketing Manager, IEC Telecom Sweden

Arnel Bacic is the Sales and Marketing Manager of IEC Telecom Sweden.

Arnel joined IEC Telecom Sweden when it was set up in 2014. The Scandinavian subsidiary in Stockholm, Sweden, marked the next step in the group’s expansion plans in Northern Europe.
Arnel Bacic has a background in computer engineering and over 5 years’ diverse experience in security and law enforcement positions.


He speaks fluent English, Swedish and Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian.



Managing Director, Traksat

After making an important contribution to the commercial development and marketing operations of IEC Telecom, Pierre joined Kaiatec System – a Research & Development company in tracking software. He returned IEC Telecom a few years later as a Key-Account Manager and then a Solutions Manager.

In 2013 Pierre founded TRAKSAT, the specialized branch of the IEC Telecom Group created to answer the growing need for Machine To Machine applications such as fleet tracking, asset management, property and individual security, telemetry and SCADA solutions operating in the most remote areas and extreme conditions.

Pierre is fluent in English and French and holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Nantes University in France.



Managing Director, IEC Telecom Turkey

Ahmet Aybar joined IEC Telecom Turkey as Managing Director when it was set up in 2016. He has been working in sales, marketing and business development positions in telecommunication market more than 20 years. He has experience in maritime and land satellite business. He has deep knowledge in value-added services and automation solutions.


Ahmet Aybar has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Turkey. He is fluent in English and Turkish.



Managing Director, Quicklink

Results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency. Experienced leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.


Managing Director, IEC Telecom Denmark

Peter Visby comes from a background as partner in Scanmarine-DK supplying the Danish maritime industry over the past 6 years. Peter has been in the maritime industry since the mid-eighties, sitting in positions as both purchase- and sales manager.


With a thorough understanding of the maritime markets, Peter is looking forward to the synergy effects that will undoubtedly arise between the two companies.
