IEC Telecom customers from Norway will soon have a possibility to experience next-generation L-band speed with a brand-new Iridium Certus Maritime. Even more possibilities of staying connected while operating at sea are now available. This broadband solution offers state of the art technology with products from Thales and Cobham, combined with high-speed data (1,4 Mbps) and global coverage from the new Iridium network in order to create a truly global “connected ship” environment.
Iridium Certus Maritime will provide every vessel with high quality, fast and efficient satellite connectivity, regardless of location, deployed conditions as well as company’s size and budget.
